Led by our founder, Faisal Alli, who has more than 25 years of experience in Emiratisation and technology at C-suite and board level, we are proud to be a leading recruiting agency in UAE, Gulf, and across the Middle East.
He has successfully led the digital transformation programs of multiple private entities. Faisal is also described as a serial out of box thinker who refuses to limit his vision or thinking to the norm and a constant challenge to the convention. His approaches have been recognized with multiple Letters of Appreciation by Federal Government, Dubai Quality Award and multiple CIO 50 of the year awards.
Given his immense background and notable achievements in Emiratisation, Technology and Strategy and considering the growing demands of talented professionals in these verticals, he founded Villegas Recruitment Firm. Our Methodology
Villegas Recruitment has AI and automation embedded within its core processes. We enable and encourage our clients to run their own searches on our databases. Our AI enabled tools help them refine their searches, and our ML models learn and get better with every search. Our automated screening helps filter the candidates at multiple levels.
The selected candidates will then proceed to face-to-face interviews (if candidates are based in the UAE) and meet senior consultants within Villegas Recruitment to allow candidates to reveal how they think on their feet and where they naturally steer the conversation.
